If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us via support@makenwear.com immediately. We will take 1-2 days to process your order. Once we have shipped out your order, we are unable to make any changes.
“Unfulfilled” means that your order has been processed but not shipped yet. Once your order is shipped, the status will change to “Fulfilled” and you will receive a tracking number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
